Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Noon) Mountain Time are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day. Processing takes 1-2 business days before your order ships.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 8-14 business days, depending on your location. Occasionally, factors like customs processing or high demand may extend this slightly.

Shipping Cost

We're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime using our Track Order page.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window plus 5 business days, please reach out to us at support@pawfiworld.com and we'll look into it right away.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we're happy to help resolve the issue where possible.
